SPECIFIC TERMS FOR ONLINE PAYMENT AGGREGATION SERVICES
1.1 Payment Collection :
- Razorpay will facilitate online payment collection for Malara’s products and services.
- If the settlement amount is less than 1 Rupee, Razorpay will attempt settlement but is not obligated to do so.
1.2 Transaction Settlement :
- Razorpay will settle the transaction amount (minus applicable deductions) to Malara’s account as per laws and agreed timelines.
- Settlement depends on funds being received in Razorpay’s Escrow Account from banks or payment gateways.
1.3 Early Settlements :
- If Razorpay settles funds early, it reserves the right to recover the transaction amount if funds aren’t received in the Escrow Account within three business days.
1.4 Transaction Limits :
- Razorpay can set transaction value limits for Malara’s account.
1.5 Fee Credits :
- Malara can purchase Fee Credits to cover Razorpay fees, allowing full settlement amounts without fee deductions.
- If Fee Credits are insufficient, fees will be deducted from the transaction amount.
1.6 Recovery of Charges :
- Razorpay may deduct or recover any amounts charged to it or debited by service providers from Malara’s transaction amount or any other funds.
1.7 Reversal of Transaction Amount :
- If funds are returned to Razorpay’s Escrow Account, such as from a bank rejection, Razorpay may refund the amount to the original source.
1.8 Withholding Settlement :
- Razorpay reserves the right to withhold settlement and refund the transaction amount to the source account if deemed necessary, with prior notice to Malara.
